Thursday, March 19th 2015, the North Providence High School Music Department sponsored their annual macaroni dinner in the school’s cafeteria.
The dinner lasted from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with an admission fee of eight dollars. Many parents and students came to support the music students raise money for their trip to a music festival in Toronto, Canada.
Delicious food and wonderful prizes proved to be a good incentive to a big turn out.
Some treats served at the dinner were cookies, cake, and homemade Zeppole! The food served was pasta, meatballs, Italian bread, salad, and bakery pizza. Alongside the food, the jazz band played music to accompany the fine dining. All in all the cooking was good and the music helped set the scene and serve as good entertainment to all the guests.
