Congratulations to the Class of 2026 PTECH and Marine Trades students!
It has truly been an honor to work with you during your time at North Providence High School. It seems like yesterday you were walking the halls of NPHS for the first time and now you are graduating High School! I am so happy to have been a part of this exciting journey with you and am very proud of all you have accomplished in your four years at NPHS.
As students in the Marine Trades program, you have received your safe boaters license, you are OSHA certified, you had many opportunities to attend off site visits with Electric Boat and other partner companies in the industry and you have participated in multiple NPHS Launch Days. As students in the PTECH program, you have taken college classes at CCRI, many of you are working towards becoming EMTs, thirteen of you have become certified CNAs, and eight of you have graduated from CCRI with your Associate’s Degree. This is incredible!!
As you move into adulthood, you will find life is filled with unexpected adventures. As your future unfolds and you are faced with new events and challenges, keep your head high and never give up. Whether you are continuing your education or pursuing a career in the military or workforce I am confident you will find success with hard work and determination. I am very proud of all of your accomplishments and am excited to see what the future holds for you.
Congratulations on your graduation and all the best in your future endeavors!
