This 2023-2024 school year, Ms. Parrillo has decided to take an outstanding approach in helping teachers feel valued and acknowledged for their efforts. Teacher Spotlight is a new program where students nominate teachers that they believe deserve to be recognized/ emphasized. Two teachers will be highlighted and announced in the “Monthly Spotlight” every month. Nominations are due every last Friday of each month. She “hopes to help faculty and staff feel more appreciated so they can be energized to continue doing this important work everyday.” Teacher spotlight will encourage teachers to feel more engaged and passionate about their lessons, benefiting the entire NPHS community. Be sure to submit your nominations this Friday and give your favorite teachers the credit they deserve!
