Crime, comedy, mystery, action, and murder? These are all aspects that make up the series “Murder Mystery.” Recently a sequel to the first movie premiered on March 31st, 2023, on Netflix only; it starred comedic actor Adam Sandler as Nick Spitz and Jennifer Anniston as his wife, Audrey Spitz. If you’ve seen the first movie, you’d be excited to hear that some of our favorite characters from the first mystery have returned! This movie’s mystery revolves around the kidnapping of a previous character, “The Maharaja,” in which the Spitz couple has been invited to his wedding before it suddenly takes a dramatic turn. Without saying too much, the movie is exactly what you would expect it to be; it was filled with funny and suspenseful moments that had us on the edge of our seats. Whether watching it alone or with friends and family, it’s a great experience.
