North Providence residents look forward to Pumpkins in the Park every year. This year’s event will take place on Friday, October 28, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Governor John A. Notte Park. We’re told to expect a little more flair than usual. The sections are expected to be more creative and “spooky” than in previous years while remaining family-friendly. The Youth Commission will host and volunteer at this event! This event sounds better than ever, with hot chocolate and cookies provided! Hayrides will also be available! There is something for everyone, including children, who will dance and sing with “Eddie the Fixer,” a disc jockey.
