The North Providence High School girls tennis team stayed undefeated  for every game this season. Through hard work and practice, they pushed themselves to the limit in order to win every match. I spoke to one of the tennis team members on how they managed to stay undefeated  for the whole season. Mary-Cathrine Fornaro states, “We practiced really hard to prep ourselves for the more challenging matches, we were always pushing each other, so when match time comes, we are at our best.” She also said that, “The doubles pulled us out because we were losing and if it weren’t for all the double teams winning then we would have lost, so a lot of the credit goes to the doubles and their ability to come back and beat their opponents.” The team truly had a successful season this year, and are great at what they love…tennis!
