Surprised in her AP US History class, Social Studies Department Chair Crystal Bozigian was the next NPHS teacher to earn an NBC Golden Apple Award.
Bozigian’s dedication to her students is evidenced by more than just her classroom manner. She also works hard every year to bring groups of students to Washington D.C. as part of project close up, advises the Mock Trial team, coaches the Swim Team, and has been involved in a number of other educational initiatives within the district.
She was nominated by student Brendan O’Connell. The segment will air on Channel 10 on June 14.
