The Showcase Cinema’s High School Team of the Week is a short commercial played on 92 ProFM, Hot 106, and lite rock 105. Every week, a team who has been nominated by a coach, player, or friend, is selected to come into the studio and record a special message to be played on the radio.

This past week, the Lady Cougar Soccer Team was chosen for their charity work. Every year, they hold a teacher vs students game in which they raise money for various charities. This October, they raised money for the Diana Rainone scholarship and Ovarian Cancer. Coach Sue Rainone nominated the team for the hard work and dedication they put in this season.
