The 89th Academy Awards is coming up very soon and many film buffs are making their predictions on who is going to win that golden statuette.  I am also a film buff and it only makes sense to do my predictions on who will win.  I am only predicting the main categories which are Best Picture, Best Director, and the four Acting categories Leading and Supporting.

Best Picture: La La Land

Best Director: Damien Chazelle: La La Land

Best Actor: Casey Affleck: Manchester by the Sea

Best Actress: Natalie Portman: Jackie

Best Supporting Actor: Mahershala Ali: Moonlight

Best Supporting Actress: Viola Davis: Fences
