It is difficult to believe that four years have gone by since I stood before you at the freshman class meeting. I talked about the upcoming social events and the benefits of paying senior dues (which seemed like light years away!). You have come a long way from your first Spirit Night in 2021, as a small, quiet, hesitant group of freshmen. You have become out-going, independent young men and women, who have surely made your mark on NPHS.
I have enjoyed getting to know so many of you throughout the four years. The Junior Prom, our first planned social event, was a wonderful, elegant event. I remember everyone up on the dance floor having a great time. Then it was here at last – senior year! So many memorable events! Spirit Week and the Homecoming Dance, Winter Ball and the many superlatives, “Masquerade” themed senior prom, the class trip at Kimball Farm, and finally, the “Pair of Dice Paradise” themed Senior Night with food, fun, yearbook signings and friends. It has been a pleasure being your class advisor and planning all of these memorable events.
When you walk across the stage as I say your name on graduation night, remember all you have accomplished, all you have become, and all you have left to explore and conquer. I wish each and every one of you a sincere “Congratulations”.
Best wishes on your future endeavors.
