Faculty vs. Lady Cougars Charity Soccer Game

The Lady Cougars Soccer Team played North Providence High School faculty on Wednesday the 18 of October to raise awareness for ovarian cancer.

The first goal was scored by Aaron Schrank, a math teacher, during the first half approximately 11 minutes and 26 seconds into the game. That Lady Cougars responded with a goal off a penalty kick right before the first half ended by Aria Amico. 24 minutes and 12 seconds into the second half, Aria Amico scored again.

This secured the victory for the Lady Cougars with of a final score of 2-1. The goalkeeper for the faculty was Mr. Talbot and he stopped seven goal attempts. Ashley Siravo was the goalkeeper for the Lady Cougars and stopped four score attempts.
