A Successful Winter Concert!

On Thursday January 18 at 6:00 our winter concert was busting at the seams with joy, smiles and a whole lot of music and singing. The singers where amazing with voices of the angels. The band was beautifully composed by our school band director Mr. Steve Morrison. Some beautiful  selections played were Fall River Overture and The Liberty Bell March. What was really great was when they did the best song of the night THE MUPPET SHOW THEME SONG!!! The audience was laughing at a funny introduction by student Alexander (Alex) Roman who did a pretty rad Kermit the frog impersonation. Great job Alex!!!  If you weren’t there that night you most definitely missed out on some rad tunes! The audience was practically jumping out of their seats, they wanted to dance so bad. If any students are interested in joining the music department next year don’t miss the chance trust me, you’ll enjoy it.

The winter concert was a great example of the communities that are built here at North Providence High School. We will be looking forward to many more concerts to come. ROCK ON COUGARS!!
