Trump and Clinton Debate for the Second Time

Sunday October 9th, was the second presidential debate moderated by Anderson Cooper. Tensions arose quickly between Republican nominee, Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

One major topic of the debate had to do with a leaked video of Trump saying inappropriate and lewd comments towards women. Trump replied he is not proud of it and defended what he said by saying it was only “locker room talk” and that he has high respect for women. Clinton replied, “it proves exactly who Trump is and how he is unfit for the presidency.”

Another highly talked about situation is of Hillary’s emails. She stated, “I know that I should not have been using a private email account for classified emails”. She claimed they were mostly for personal use like her daughter’s wedding and that she took those classified emails very seriously. She admitted some of these classified emails had to do with the capture of terrorist, Osama Bin Laden. Trump countered by saying, “33,000 emails were deleted they couldn’t of all been weddings and yoga classes and there’s evidence from Congress that they are classified.”
