Beauty Comes in All Shapes and Sizes

“We come in many different shapes and sizes, and we need to support each other and our differences. Our beauty is in our differences.” – Carre Otis

Body shaming is an issue in today’s society.  It often appears on social media.  Skinny women saying they’re more attractive than curvy women; Curvy women saying they’re more attractive than skinny women.  The truth is, it’s all nonsense.

One body type cannot be classified as attractive or unattractive because all women are beautiful in some way, shape, or form.  Why should beauty be narrowed down to just one body type?  I believe that both thinner and thicker women look great and it’s okay for them to stay the way they are as long as they’re healthy.

If you’re in good health and you’re happy with the way you look, then you don’t need to change anything about yourself.  Don’t let the opinions of others affect your self-esteem.  Everyone is different, everyone has their own imperfections, and everyone has their own strengths.
